My progress was lost

If you cannot access your account, please check the following first:

1. Make sure you log in using the same credentials and log in method. For example, if you signed up via gmail address + password, you will not be able to log in to the same account via Google account option

2. Use the same nickname you set up when registering

3. If possible, try logging into your account on a different device and see if it works

For additional assistance, please contact our support and include the following information: 

• Your Player ID

• Username

• Registered Email and log in method

• Any other details (e.g., last known streak/hunt level)
