In case you faced payment issues:

  1. Make sure your app is up-to-date, you can check if there is a new version in your app store

  2. Restart the app/device and retry.

  3. Check your payment method in App Store/Google Play settings.

If the issue persists, please reach out to support and include the following information: 

  • Your Player ID

  • Transaction details/invoice

  • Details of what is not working correctly
