The app is freezing/crashing/not loading

If the app is crashing, freezing, or just not loading - here are a few simple things you can try. Most of the time, one of these steps gets everything back to normal.

Restart the App

  • Swipe up from the bottom (or double-press Home on older devices).

  • Find the app and swipe it up to close.

  • Reopen the app.

Restart Your Device
Turning your device off and on refreshes the system and often solves freezing issues.

Check for Updates

  • Open App Store → tap your profile → scroll for updates

  • If the app shows an update, install it

  • Also check Settings → General → Software Update for iOS updates

Free Up Storage Space

  • Go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage

  • Make sure at least 1–2 GB of free space is available

Check Your Internet Connection

  • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test

  • Reset network: Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings (won’t erase data)

Reinstall the App
If the issue keeps happening, try deleting the app and reinstalling it.
